The Bucs have made a couple of moves to their roster on the first day of the bye week, activating kick returners Jaydon Mickens and T.J. Logan from the Reserve/COVID-19 list and placing practice squad defensive tackle Benning Potoa’e on said list as well.
While Logan will remain on injured reserve with a knee injury that occured in training camp, the big move for Tampa Bay is getting back their kick returner Mickens, who leads the team with 289 kick return yards and 99 punt return yards. In his absence, Kenjon Barner, Tyler Johnson and Cyril Grayson Jr. have all handled kick return while Barner and Antonio Brown were back on punts.
Potoa’e signed as an undrafted free agent out of Washington, where he was teammates with Vita Vea for three season.
The Bucs have a week away from the facility during their bye and return in Week 14 at home against the Vikings where they’ll look to get back on the winning track.
