Among all the injury questions to the Bucs with their talented wide receiver group, the wideout most likely not to play is … Breshad Perriman.

Bucs head coach Todd Bowles gave an injury update on the banged up bunch and it’s Perriman, who is dealing with knee and hamstring issues, doesn’t seem likely for Sunday night.
“Breshad is doubtful,” Bowles said. “Unless he has a miraculous recovery by Sunday, I think it’s possible that he doesn’t play. Nobody else has been ruled out yet.”
Which Bucs On Offense Are Playing?
That last line was key for all Bucs fans.
That means it’s possible for receivers Chris Godwin and Julio Jones to play this weekend, along with offensive tackle Donovan Smith. All three of these players have not been available since Week 1 and it would be a huge boost for a struggling offense.
“They [Godwin and Smith] practiced on a limited basis this week,” Bowles said. “They’ll be game-time decisions on Sunday, but they did do some limitations in practice.”

The Jones situation is a little trickier than expected. The veteran wide receiver is dealing with partially torn PCL in his knee. He’s had some good days and bad days, but it’s just a matter of how he’s feeling the day of the game.
Last Sunday Bowles mentioned that Jones could’ve played against the Packers and that he’ll probably play against the Chiefs. That could change over the next 48 hours, though as Bowles pointed out.
“I didn’t say he was healthy, I said he could’ve played last week,” Bowles said. “We wanted him to get healthier, so he can possibly still play this week. He’s done some limited things in practice and looked good. With Julio, it’s all about how he feels the next two days as to whether he’s going to play on Sunday. Sometimes he has setbacks, sometimes he doesn’t. We’ll wait till Sunday to make that decision.”
