The Bucs finally stopped their losing streak at four games with a Week 10 win over the Titans. But they aren’t quite out of the woods yet, as they now have to head west to San Francisco for a Week 11 contest against the 6-3 49ers.
Tampa Bay historically doesn’t play well on the West Coast and San Francisco is a more talented and better-coached team. So it makes sense that the visiting Bucs are heavy underdogs in the game. But there’s a reason the games are played, and Todd Bowles’ team will feel like it can go into Levi’s Stadium on Sunday afternoon and steal a win. If that happens, Tampa Bay will be back to .500 at 5-5.
More likely, the Bucs will fall back to two games below .500 at 4-6, but even then, hope won’t be lost. They have a lighter schedule coming up and are still very much in the mix for a third straight NFC South title. Winning their winnable games – including their divisional matchups – could and should be enough for Tampa Bay to three-peat and host another home playoff game in January. So, there’s plenty left to play for regardless of what happens on Sunday afternoon.
There is also plenty to play for in terms of individual milestones and records, as there usually is for some of the Bucs’ biggest stars and longer-tenured players. Last week, Evans tied Andre Reed for the 16th-most receiving touchdowns in NFL history.
Now, let’s see where things stand heading into Week 11.
Mike Evans

With one more receiving touchdown, Evans will tie Don Maynard (88) for the 15th-most in NFL history. He needs three more to tie Davante Adams (90) for 14th-most, though Adams is obviously still active and adding to his total.
With one more touchdown of any kind, Evans will tie Corey Dillon, LeSean McCoy and Steve Smith Sr. (89) for the 40th-most total touchdowns in NFL history. With two more total touchdowns, Evans will tie Davante Adams (active), Leroy Kelly and Charley Taylor (90) for 37th-most.
Evans is 93 receiving yards away from passing Andre Johnson (11,254) for 11th-most in the first 10 seasons of a career in NFL history.
With 57 more points, Evans will break Martin Gramatica’s record (592) for most points in Bucs history.
Finally, Sunday will mark Evans’ 147th game, leaving him one behind Shelton Quarles (148) for 10th-most in franchise history.
Chris Godwin
Godwin is one receiving touchdown away from tying Jimmie Giles (34) for second-most in Bucs history while passing Cameron Brate (33) for third-most. And one touchdown of any kind would be Godwin’s 35th touchdown from scrimmage, which would move him ahead of Giles (34) for fourth-most in team history.
With 10 more receptions, Godwin will join Mike Evans as the only Bucs to total 500-plus receptions with the team.
Godwin will play his 97th game as a Buc on Sunday, tying Dave Reavis (97) for 49th-most in franchise history.

Will Gholston
When he plays his 163rd game with the Bucs on Sunday, Gholston will be one game behind John Lynch (164) for the sixth-most in team history.
Shaq Barrett
Barrett needs 10.5 more sacks to pass Gerald McCoy (54.5) for fourth-most in franchise history. Plus, one more forced fumble would tie him with Warren Sapp and Ronde Barber (15) for fourth-most in team history.
Lavonte David
David is just two tackles away from passing Ronde Barber (1,428) for second-most in Bucs history. Once he takes second, he’ll trail only Derrick Brooks (2,198) for the franchise record. Plus, with two more solo tackles, David will become the only active player with 1,000 solo tackles in his career.

David is 17 tackles away from hitting 100-plus tackles in a season for the 10th time in his career. He would join London Fletcher (14) and Bobby Wagner (11) as the only players to do that since 2000.
With his 176th game played on Sunday, David will be seven away from tying Paul Gruber (183) for fourth-most in Bucs history. It’ll also be his 176th start, leaving him seven behind Gruber (183) for third-most.
David is 2.5 sacks behind Brad Culpepper (33) for eighth-most in team history. Meanwhile, he needs just three passes defensed to pass Donnie Abraham (64) for fifth-most in franchise history.
Carlton Davis III
Davis needs 17 more passes defensed to pass Derrick Brooks (84) for third-most in franchise history.
Jamel Dean
Dean is 11 passes defensed away from passing Aqib Talib (54) for seventh-most of any Buc ever.
