It looks like the Bucs are going to have a couple of other changes to their staff, and of them certainly comes as a surprise. Apparently Tampa Bay and strength and conditioning coach Anthony Piroli have parted ways along with passing game coordinator Kefense Hynson.
Fox Sports’ Greg Auman pointed out that Tampa Bay no longer has Piroli or Hynson listed on the team website, indicating a departure. While the team has not formally announced anything, the removal of both coaches from the staff page typically directs to a separation — a common offseason development across the league.
Another key change to Todd Bowles' staff with the Bucs: Anthony Piroli, the team's head strength and conditioning coach for the past seven seasons, has been removed from the team website. Same for pass game coordinator Kefense Hynson and offensive line coach Brian Picucci.

Bucs Coaching Moves Continue
Anthony Piroli had served as Tampa Bay’s strength and conditioning coach during for seven years a period that featured the growth and development of several players still on the roster. His departure does come as a surprise given the amount of time that he has spent in Tampa Bay.
Some fans were becoming critical of Piroli for several soft tissues injuries that the Bucs have had over the prior two seasons, and perhaps the team agreed and wanted to go with a new approach. Football is a physical game with tons of contact, and injuries happen all the time. Its unfair to say that Piroli should get blamed for all player injuries when each one happens in such different circumstances.
During his time with the Bucs, Piroli was on staff when the team won the Super Bowl during the 2020 season. He’s come up with programs for several stars on the team, including offensive tackles Tristan Wirfs and Luke Goedeke, who are very fond of heavy lifting in Tampa Bay’s weight room. They have previously made t-shirts with the moniker “Bench Row Records” on it that they would wear in the gym.

The parting of ways with Kefense Hynson does not come as a surprise, though. Hynson was with the Bucs for a year and was brought in by former offensive coordinator Josh Grizzard. Once Grizzard was let go by Tampa Bay, the writing was surely on the wall for Hynson.
The Bucs eventually hired Zac Robinson to be their next offensive coordinator, and he added T.J. Yates and Ken Zampese to fill those roles along with Chandler Whitmer to be the quarterbacks coach. Without any connection to Robinson, it was likely that Hynson would be looking for a different opportunity while Robinson added familiar faces to his coaching circle.

Tampa Bay already has some new additions to the staff. Now the team will need a new strength and conditioning coach to help the Bucs get back on track to their winning ways in 2026 in this upcoming season.
