The 0-2 Bucs will face off against the 2-0 Vikings without two key members of their 2026 NFL Draft class, not to mention their defense. Both inside linebacker Josiah Trotter and outside linebacker Rueben Bain Jr. were ruled out of the game on the team’s Friday injury report.

With Jacob Parrish back healthy and active, and the success the Bucs’ special teams has had with Kevin Knowles as one of their aces, it’s no surprise Garnes is inactive for the third time in as many weeks. Similarly, Haggard and Schrauth continue their trend of not getting a hat on gameday because of the versatility of Dan Feeney on the inside.

The big change for the Bucs is Nunez-Roches. He logged 16 snaps in Week 1 against the Bengals and another 21 last week against the Browns. He is inactive today in favor of fifth-round rookie DeMonte Capehart, who will be active for the first time in his career.

Vikings Inactives

The Vikings had several notable players on their injury report this week, including running backs Aaron Jones and DeeJay Dallas, tackle Brian O’Neill and defensive lineman Jalen Redmond. All of those players are good-to-go. One former Buc will not be active as defensive back Tavierre Thomas is inactive today.
