As expected, the Bucs were awarded extra picks in the fifth and seventh rounds as compensatory picks for losing Jordan Whitehead (fifth) and tight end O.J. Howard (seventh) in the 2023 NFL Draft. NFL reporter Ari Meirov tweeted out the entire list.

The Bucs now have nine draft picks in the 2023 NFL Draft, which is the most draft picks Tampa Bay has had since 2010 if the team keeps all of those selections.
