The Bucs are out west for their Week 11 matchup against the 49ers, and they’re heavy underdogs as they look to get back to .500 for the first time since Week 7. The good news for Tampa Bay, though, is that the team heads into its meeting with San Francisco pretty healthy.
Safety Ryan Neal (thumb) was the only player who the Bucs ruled out in their final injury report of the week on Friday, while Carlton Davis (toe), Matt Feiler (knee), Josh Hayes (concussion) and Devin White (foot) were all listed as questionable as well. With the inactives released ahead of kickoff, we now know that Feiler is also out for another week.

Tampa Bay elevated Richard Lecounte III from the practice squad to fill Neal’s spot on the gameday roster. Meanwhile, the team will have Carlton Davis III (toe) back after he missed last week’s win over the Titans. Davis will be looking to rebound from the tough outing he had the last time he was on the field, which was in the Bucs’ 39-37 loss to the Texans two weeks ago.
With Cam Gill inactive, undrafted rookie Markees Watts is active for another week after impressing in his NFL debut against the Titans last Sunday.
The other big takeaway from the inactives is that running back Ke’Shawn Vaughn is once again sidelined in favor of Chase Edmonds and undrafted rookie Sean Tucker. Tampa Bay has yet to trust Tucker with much this season, but the coaches have clearly seen enough of Vaughn to know that they want to see someone else out there in his spot.
For the second straight week, Tampa Bay has a key player entering the game with an illness, though he is expected to play through it. Last week, it was Chris Godwin playing through an illness. This week, it’ll be Vita Vea.
On the other side, here is a list of the 49ers’ inactives for Sunday’s game:
