The Buccaneers on Saturday elevated defensive lineman Jeremiah Ledbetter from the practice squad to the active roster for Sunday’s game against the Packers.
The Bucs are thin along the defensive line after a season-ending injury to Vita Vea in their loss to the Bears. Earlier in the week, reserve lineman and rookie Khalil Davis, injured his ankle in practice and is listed as questionable for Sunday’s matchup with the Packers.
Ledbetter was a standout in last year’s training camp before being injured and then being waived. He spent a month with the Ravens last year before being released. Ledbetter was waived by the Buccaneers during final roster cuts on September 5, but was signed to the practice squad the following day.
