Greenberg is going into his 14th season with the Bucs and 16th year in the NFL. He’s established a reputation of being the Bucs’ “Cap Guru.” He played a hand in some key signings over the years, most recently being able to re-sign Lavonte David and Jamel Dean to favorable contracts when they had limited room on their cap due to Tom Brady’s retirement.
Spytek will enter his eighth year in Tampa Bay as his oversees the operations in the Bucs’ college and pro scouting departments along with working closely with general manager Jason Licht on free agent decisions. It’s only a matter of time before Spytek gets hired as a general manager.
Licht has often spoken about how important Davidson has been to the team’s operations as she comes into her fourth season with Tampa Bay. Her research and methods of implementation in both free agent and salary cap decisions have been highly complimented for keeping them as contenders.
Scannell is heading into his ninth year with the organization. He works closely with Director of Player Personnel Rob McCartney in areas such as opponent scouting, player evaluation and organizing workouts for impending free agents and college prospects entering the league.
