Bucs head coach Bruce Arians doesn’t hold much back. From saying Gerald McCoy still needs to be evaluated, to cutting a Cardinals player who parked in the wrong parking spot, Arians is a brutally, tell-it-like-it-is kind of guy.
As his breakfast with PewterReport.com and the other Tampa Bay media who traveled to Arizona was wrapping up on Tuesday morning, Arians was asked about expectations and a message to the fans.

In true Arians fashion, he let it fly.
“We’re going to win and we’re going to win now,” Arians said. “Don’t be afraid of it. Everybody’s always riding the fence, jump in the pool because it’s going to be alright.”
Winning isn’t something this locker room has done a whole lot of in the last decade, including two back-to-back 5-11 seasons. But winning is something Arians has personally done a lot of, including leading the Cardinals to a 10-6 season in his first season in Arizona after they were coming off a five win season. Arians has also won two Coach off the Year awards, with two different teams(Colts, Cardinals).
Is Arians the right choice to turn the fortunes of the Buccaneers around after more than a decade-long playoff drought? Time will tell, but if you ask him, and look at his track record, it should give Bucs fans a jolt of juice with the 2019 season quickly approaching.
