The Bucs are inching closer to health. But even with the good news that both Chris Godwin Jr. and Bucky Irving are now practicing, the team will still be without those two playmakers for their week 11 matchup against the Bills.

Bucs head coach Todd Bowles announced on Friday that both players will be out for today’s game against the current AFC six-seed. Additionally, Bowles announced that starting left guard Ben Bredeson, starting outside linebacker Haason Reddick and backup outside linebacker Markees Watts were also out for today’s game.

Bucs Inactives

Those five players made up most of the team’s inactives for today. Added to that list, the team announced via their communications social media account that defensive lineman C.J. Brewer and offensive lineman Elijah Klein are also not available today.

After promoting running back Owen Wright earlier this week the team is using their final practice squad elevation for outside linebacker Mo Kamara. If Reddick and Watts are out past this week, they may have to promote Kamara to the active roster before next week’s tilt against the Rams.

Bills Inactives

The Bills will be without former first round pick Dalton Kincaid, although the team has been moving away from him and more towards rookie fifth-round pick Jackson Hawes of late. It was also reported on social media last night that they would keep 2024 first-round pick Keon Coleman inactive today as a healthy scratch. Coleman has 32 catches for 330 yards and just three touchdowns this year. He has failed to consistently separate, and the team is now turning to a former familiar face in Gabe Davis to try and get more from the receiver room.
