The Bucs have revealed their game day inactive players for their Monday night game against the Texans and the list is slightly different than in Week 1. While it was known that left tackle Tristan Wirfs and receiver Chris Godwin Jr. were not going to be playing, there's another receiver that the Bucs are holding out for this game.

What comes as a bit of a surprise is that seventh round pick and rookie wide receiver Tez Johnson is on the inactive list. Johnson made his NFL debut last week and only played nine snaps on offense with the offense mostly going through Mike Evans, Emeka Egbuka and Sterling Shepard in the passing game.
With Kameron Johnson igniting a scoring drive with his big punt return and also winning NFC Special Teams Player Of The Week, he has that job secured, leaving Tez Johnson in no-man's land for the time being. Safety Rashad Wisdom is also listed as inactive after playing last week, but this has more to do with who's available.
Making their season debut's will be rookie second round corner Benjamin Morrison and safety Christian Izien after each player missed Week 1. Morrison will likely start out on special teams while Izien could get in the mix on defense. Kindle Vildor will also make his debut after being a healthy scratch last week.

Some more good news on this list is that right tackle Luke Goedeke is not on it. Goedeke missed two practices this week with a foot injury and Todd Bowles said that he'll test it out before the game. With Wirfs out, Goedeke becomes that much more important with a makeshift offensive line.

Not playing again for the second week in a row is tight end Devin Culp and running back Josh Williams. Here is the full list of Bucs players that are inactive for tonight's game.

Texans Gameday Inactives
The Texans have some injury problems of their own ahead into Monday night. They will be without talented wide receiver Christian Krik for the second game in a row and are also without starting center Jake Andrews. That means backup center Jarrett Patterson is in for them, and it's an advantage that Bucs' nose tackle Vita Vea can certainly exploit.

Vea had a big game for the Bucs last week with an important fourth down stop. He should be able to create chaos in the backfield with this matchup. Running back Damien Pierce was surprisingly listed as inactive, meaning that former Buc Dare Ogubowale maintains his role as back on third down.
Tampa Bay had difficulty with Bijan Robinson out in space, but he's considered a top player in this league and not many compare to him. Look for SirVocea Dennis to have a bounce back game, especially if it comes to defeniding a running back out in the open.
