Dixon was signed as an undrafted free agent out of Wisconsin in 2019 and was seemingly making an impression on the coaching staff with a solid training camp before an injury landed him on the injured reserve before the start of last season.
Dixon remained with the Bucs throughout the remainder of the 2019 season and, should the second-year safety clear waivers, may very well find himself back on Tampa Bay’s practice squad for the beginning of 2020.
