The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are expected to hold joint training camp practices with the Miami Dolphins at the AdventHealth Training Center at One Buccaneer Place in August. The Athletic’s Greg Auman first reported the news that has been confirmed by PewterReport.com.
Bruce Arians says Bucs are in negotiations with Dolphins to have joint practices in Tampa before preseason game in August. Not final, but likely to happen in 2nd game.

New Bucs head coach Bruce Arians sees the benefit of holding competitive, joint practices during training camp, which is the same approach general manager Jason Licht has taken with the team in recent years. Last year, the Bucs had joint camp practices in Nashville prior to playing the Tennessee Titans in the preseason. Two years ago, Tampa Bay traveled to Jacksonville for joint practices prior to playing the Jaguars in the preseason.

The last time the Bucs hosted a joint practice session was three years ago when Tampa Bay welcomed the Cleveland Browns to One Buc Place prior to playing them in the preseason.
When Tampa Bay hosts Miami this year they’ll see a familiar face as former Bucs quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick has joined the Dolphins and is expected to be the starter entering the 2019 regular season.
