The Bucs have added to their already talented group of receivers, drafting Minnesota wide receiver Tyler Johnson in the fifth round of the NFL Draft.

Coming off of back-to-back first-team all-conference honors to finish his career with the Golden Gophers, Johnson had an extremely productive career at Minnesota. At 6-foot-1, 206 pounds, Johnson is a consistent threat to make plays down the field, using plus timing and body control to high point the ball and attack contested catch situations with success.

Johnson’s Receiving Stats:
2016: 14 rec, 141 yards, 1 TD
2017: 35 rec, 677 yards, 7 TDs
2018: 78 rec, 1,169 yards, 12 TDs
2019: 86 tackles, 1,318 yards, 13 TDs
