Bucs head coach Dirk Koetter was visibly angry in his postgame press conference following the Bucs 48-10 loss to the Bears in Chicago.

Below is the full press conference transcript.

(On the defense)
“Yeah, we were horrific in all aspects of football today. All aspects.”

(On if he would consider make a change at defensive coordinator with Mike Smith)
“Based on that game today, we couldn’t make enough changes. We should fire every person that was on that field today, starting with me. That was horrific.”

(On if the Bears did something differently that they haven’t done in the first three games)
“No, no. This is 100 percent on us. Give Chicago credit for making the plays, but we were not good in any aspects. We can talk about what plays were called on both sides, and we definitely could of coached better today, there’s no question about that. But Mike Smith didn’t make any tackles or turn any guys loose on coverage, so you guys can make those innuendos all you want, but we got beat in all aspects of football today, and coaching as well.”

(On if this was just a clunker of a game or a sign of a bigger problem)
“Well, we don’t know that right now, unfortunately. I’m sure there will be plenty of speculation about that, but you’re not going to know that until you play them. It’s certainly not the way that we wanted to go into our bye week, of course not. We got off to a hot start and now two losses in a row going into the bye week, but, at the same time it is one of 16 and I don’t say that with any happiness in my voice. We stunk today in all facets.”

(On playing Jameis Winston in the second half)
“Towards the end of the half I told the coaches that we were going to switch to Jameis. I talked to Jameis and Fitz both in the locker room at halftime and it was a chance to get Jameis some real football. And we put Jameis in a terrible situation today, and I told him that. I told him right off the bat at halftime that we’re putting him in a bad situation, and I knew Jameis would go in and give us everything he had, and he did.”

(On if Jameis Winston did enough to earn the starting job after the bye week)
“Probably, but we’ll worry about that on another day. Ryan Fitzpatrick didn’t lose this game for us either, don’t anybody think that. If this is on any one one person, it’s got to be on me, if you’re going to put one person on there, put it on me.”

(On if the defense is trying to do too much)
“Absolutely not trying to do too much. I mean, we couldn’t play zone, we couldn’t play man, JPP did get the sack early, we hit him (Mitch Trubisky) a couple other times, but we couldn’t do anything. It didn’t matter what we did today, they were running free, and he had time to do it and he put the ball on the money. So that’s on us.”

(On why Brent Grimes didn’t play in the second half)
“We wanted to get Ryan Smith in there and let him play. He played well in week two and we wanted to get him back in there.”

(On what he liked most about what Jameis Winston did even after only having a couple of practices)
“Just stand in the pocket, protecting the football. That guy made a nice play on that last interception. Stand in there protected and just get back to playing against a NFL defense and NFL speed. I mean Jameis has played a lot of football, he hasn’t played as much over his career as Fitz, but it’s not like Jameis hasn’t played football, I mean to get out there and played against a NFL defense. We needed to see that, that was good for us.”

(On if this loss shakes away any of the confidence they had from the first two weeks)
“Well again, it’s just one. Right now, yeah of course. There’s nothing that anybody could say right now that would make me feel good about anything were doing. But we have to stew with this for two weeks, I mean it’s two weeks from today until we can get this taste out of our mouth and even see if we can play with a NFL team, and it’s going to be a rough two weeks because it’s you’re going to be able to think about. But at the same time, I’ve also seen us play good football this year, but we just didn’t today.”

(On any update about O.J. Howard)
“He wasn’t able to finish the game, that’s all I can tell you right now.”

(On what he would point to as to why they let up so many explosive plays)
“Well, we didn’t put enough pressure on them, we didn’t cover them. They had 400 yards of offense at halftime, so we didn’t do anything well. We didn’t do one thing well in any phase. Then not only could we not stop them, but we were going three and out everytime on offense. One of the things that would of been nice is if we could of moved the ball on offense and not give it back to them after three plays. Just not good across the board.”

(On if he liked what he saw from Ronald Jones getting in his first game of the season)
“Ronald needed to get his opportunity to get out there and play his first game. He gave good effort, but no one off the top of my head could I say was good enough today. I’m not singling Ronald out on that. We had three rookies make their debut today, Ronald, Vita (Vea), and Justin Watson. Three rookies made their debut and unfortunately it wasn’t a good day for anybody out there.”

(On with all the investments they made to the defense, do they just not have it or are is the defense too young)
“Well we didn’t have it anything today, we had nothing today in any aspect. Based on the numbers that happened today, you can’t argue with it, we just weren’t good enough. But as I said, There’s three phases in the game and we weren’t g
