Less than a year after signing with Tampa Bay, quarterback Tom Brady earned his fifth Super Bowl MVP award after leading the Bucs to their second Lombardi Trophy in franchise history with a 31-9 win over the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LV.
Brady finished the contest with 21 completions on 29 attempts for 201 yards, three touchdowns and a passer rating of 130.2.
The latest Super Bowl MVP award only adds to Brady’s already-impressive list of Super Bowl records. A list that includes the most appearances, the most wins, the most touchdown passes, the most passing yards, the most consecutive completions, the most game-winning drives and, predictably, the most MVP awards.
