With the NFL’s franchise tag deadline and free agency looming, the future for the Bucs’ former first overall pick Jameis Winston remains in limbo, while news of his off-season knee surgery and LASIK eye procedure have remained in the headlines.

In a video posted to YouTube by Marks Media Cinematography on Monday, titled “The Return”, footage of Winston’s rehab following the knee surgery was documented and released to the tune of “To Whom It May Concern” by rapper Ace Hood. Winston, who is slated to be a free agent on March 18, is wearing Bucs attire in the video.

The formerly undisclosed surgery that was performed to repair a torn meniscus dealt with just one of the injuries that Winston played through in 2019, the other being a hairline fracture in his thumb that the Bucs’ quarterback suffered during the first half of Tampa Bay’s Week 14 win over the Indianapolis Colts.
