Overlooked, underrated, but a steady player who only got better and better as time went on.

That’s the story of Webb, the Gainesville, Fla. native, who didn’t end up at the University of Florida, but rather in Vanderbilt for a better opportunity.

Webb, listed at 5-foot-10 and right at 200 pounds, has been the staring running back for the Commodores since his true freshman season. He’s amassed 4,178 rushing yards on 931 carries over his four years (a 4.5 yards-per-carry average) and waltzed into the end zone 32 times on the ground over that time. Webb is also a decent receiver with over 500 career receiving yards out of the backfield on 68 catches.

Webb was also featured on SI’s “2017 Freaks List: The top 40 workout warriors in college football.” According to that, Webb benches 435 pounds — and can also do 27 reps at 225, squat 565, clean 360 and vertical jump 36.5 inches.
