Justin Jackson | West | RB | Northwestern
Justin Jackson was a late riser to the NFL draft circles this summer, but his name has been on people’s radar since appearing in many preseason scouting series lists.
Jackson, like Webb, was a four-year starter at Northwestern beginning with his freshman season. In 1,142 attempts, this 5-foot-11, 200-pound running back ran for 5,440 yards on the ground with a healthy 4.8 yards-per-carry average. Jackson also recorded more receiving yards than Webb did, as Jackson had 122 catches for 858 yards through the air.
Jackson is an all-round back, which is good in the sense that he can do everything, but will he get lost in the shuffle and not stand out at the East-West Shrine practices? That’s the question we’re looking to answer.
