The Bucs are healthier than they have been all season long going into their two most important games of the week. They even had a welcomed return with Calijah Kancey practicing for the first time in over three months.

While the Bucs did have two players that were listed as a did not participate on Wednesday, they didn’t come as a surprise. Former Iowa Hawkeyes teammates Tristan Wirfs and Anthony Nelson were not a practice. Wirfs has been dealing with a toe injury, but considering he spoke with the media on Tuesday talking about his Pro Bowl nod, its likely just a precaution with having Christmas Day off on Thursday before another practice on Friday.

The veteran outside linebacker Nelson missed almost all of last game because of a knee injury, exiting early. He has a big brace on his knee and it’ll take to the rest of the week to see if he can return for this game. Co-defensive coordinator Larry Foote hinted that outside linebacker Jason Pierre-Paul could play more because of it.

Here is the full injury report for the Bucs and Dolphins on Christmas Eve ahead of Sunday’s game.
