Does anyone find this to be appropriate behavior? Please tell me this isn't true? http://msn.foxsports.com/college-football/outkick-the-coverage/ole-misss-denzel-and-robert-nkemdiche-sued-for-2-million-allegedly-knocked-out-stomped-man-at-party.php#.UwPiJ-52y3k.twitter Is this endemic with the SEC? :-[ JMO but the football players involved should be expelled and in jail. Hopefully, this is exaggerated...
you do realize there is still a alleged rape case pending against the current FSU QB?read the last paragraph. sounds eerily similar to what the officials in tallahassee said.

no theres not. there is no case at all anymorepending means its being investigated and open. that case is officially closed
thought the girl was still lawyered up and making waves? its just odd to me that the original poster would jump all over this story that officials have found no evidence but was soooo quick to brush over the winston incident.

So is who is being sued for 2 million dollars in the FSU situation? Hey if the Ole Miss SA reviews the case like Meggs did and comes up with no charges than I will certainly agree that with the lack of charges they are similar. That being said to compare this situation with the Winston case is a valid comparison? Looks far more like a Apples to Oranges comparison.Do really believe that the girl was savagely raped by Winston given all the evidence released? Answer honestly... JMO but there is nothing in the report that remotely resembles a charge serious a RAPE. When the girl refers herself as a Cleat Chaser I do believe there is a credibility factor much like the Duke lacrosse team case. That is more what the Winston case resembles with common sense prevailing over the rush to charge and convict.A much better comparison would be this case with the Hernandez and Nelson shooting in Gainesville when they were identified and no one was charged. As to the Winston case I still am trying to figure which of the 3 stories given by the girl are credible versus the rather consistent version given by those on the Winston side. The fact that it was reviewed twice by the criminal justice system is good enough for me. Given the history of Meggs on such issues if given the remotest chance of charges being filed they would have been. Oh and I do believe that one of the alleged assailants Ole Miss case was arrested again. That again sounds more like a Hernandez situation to me.. jmo
its odd to me that fsu or any of the other ACC schools would have even offered this guy a scholarship.

who are you talking about? Nkemdiche or Winston?
Ndemskie
From reading the article was there even a police investigation of the incident? Sure sounds like the Hernandez situation at UF. I remember when I believe Game Time claimed that no such incident ever occurred at UF. http://www.alligatorarmy.com/2013/7/3/4490528/aaron-hernandez-reggie-nelson-2007-shooting-police-report http://collegefootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/06/29/gainesville-pd-confirms-aaron-hernandez-questioned-very-briefly-in-07-shooting/ http://articles.orlandosentinel.com/2013-07-03/sports/os-aaron-hernandez-2007-florida-shooting-details-0703_1_aaron-hernandez-jacksonville-jaguars-gainesville And yet the case still remains unsolved? With what has been released already concerning Hernandez are we ready to connect the dots?Geesh!

According to the link FSU didn't offer Nkemdiche but Florida did and actually had an official visit. http://rivals.yahoo.com/olemiss/football/recruiting/player-Robert-Nkemdiche-113275;_ylt=AuRt4fzQSRyJC30lrbB5_XLctJB4

DId you go to the link? Did you select "SHOW ALL"? Now it could be that the list is incomplete but that FSU wasn't in his top 5 nor on the list of 15 teams nor one of the (3) visits he took ( Florida being one) it doesn't appear FSU ever seriously pursued. Not in his favorites or top 15 shows me that there was little interest from FSU or Robert in pursuit. I am sure FSU sent out some promo stuff but as you say there was NO interest from Robert. I do believe that Fisher tends to be more diligent in determining "character" with his recruits just like Bowden. I remember a quote by Bobby ( paraphrased) on how he looks how the kid treats his mother as being a first thing he looks at in a in home meeting. He also is not listed as having any interest on Scout as well( just go to the link below and look at the bottom) http://mississippi.scout.com/a.z?s=177&p=8&c=1&nid=5145970 Hey I am not saying you are wrong but until I see a link showing otherwise I will continue to trust those 2 links that neither FSU or Robert had any interest. Certainly not to the extent Florida pursued. ::)
lolz @ the notion that FSU didn't offer one of the most highly recruited players in the country a scholarship. This guy's delusions are hilarious.

seriously. we offered him his junior year. you always throw your ring into the hat with kids like that. we didnt pursue him very hard because it was apparent that we werent on his radar. you dont waste team going after kids that arent that interested in you
