2017 Draft Scenario

Just for fun, let's fast forward to the 2017 draft.  The Bucs drafted Mariotta or Winston in 2015 and after 2 seasons, he has started 14 games and has won 3 games during that time.  He has more interceptions than TDs and due to another poor season in 2015, Coach Smith and his entire coaching staff was replaced and the new coach brought in an entirely different offensive scheme and personnel to run it.  Kaaya, from Miami, is viewed as the best QB coming out in this draft and has been labeled as having the most upside of any QB to come into the league in the past few years.  The Bucs are picking at the top of the draft.  Do you as the GM use that pick to take Kaaya or do you stay the course with your current young QB?If yes, why?If no, why?
