IMO it's going to be all about beating the Panthers over the next few years. They are clearly the team to beat in the South and are on the verge of being the dominant team in the entire league.I'm quite sure the Buccaneers are aware of this and will be working to build a team that can catch up to team and indeed beat them.The question is how? To me, it's all about Cam Newton and their defensive front seven right now. So how do the Buccaneers approach FA, the draft and look at their current rosters with that in mind? We finally have a franchise QB and some good young players on both sides of the ball. But obviously that's not going to be good enough yet.So how does Licht build this team while looking at the Panthers as the team the Buccaneers must beat in order to be one of the best?
