could firing GM open door to better coach who wants more control

i don't see someone like cowher coming here, but he may be attracted to opportunity to help pick his GM.  I think this was downfall of Gruden; regardless, some successful coaches may egotistically want more control.  call up jimmy johnson... he likes Florida!More realistically, I could easily see alot of the talent we lost to Seattle come back in this direction with promotions.
