Strength of schedule is a tiebreaker in determining draft position. We apparently had the hardest schedule in the entire league, so right now we lose every tiebreaker for draft position.WIth two games left, it appears Atlanta could overtake us in SOS and thus slip behind us in the draft order, which could be important given that they too are looking for a DE in the draft.Their next two games are against the 49ers and the Panthers, while ours are against the Rams and the Saints. That would appear to give us a chance at slipping ahead of them.Question: Do the stats on SOS used on draft websites already include the records of the teams we haven't yet played? Or do they include the records of all the teams on our 2013 schedule? If the former, we have a chance of slipping ahead of Atlanta. If the latter, it is nearly impossible.
