I am sick and tired of the Bucs ownership. After holding season tickets for 37 years I quit. Hugh Culverhouse was a disaster and when he died I thought things would improve and I had hopes when the Glazers bought the team. After that they made terrible decisions and I don’t know if they are incompetent or do not care or both.The fans got so upset with the firing of Dungy with out a replacement the Glazers sold the farm with draft picks to get Gruden and when money and lack of draft picks took its toll they fired Gruden. The Glazers then went to the bottom of the coaching barrel and hired Morris and when they realized what a mistake they found Schiano a college coach. They claim Belichick recommended him. Didn’t they realize they were personal friends what else is he going to say.There is no salary cap for coaches so they could hire any one of the talented assistant coaches in the NFL for the right price. You get what you pay for.During Josh Freeman’s tenure, didn’t Morris, Dominik and Schiano know he had attention deficit disorder and was taking prescription drugs for it with serious side effects? Especially when they had to wake him up on game day.Schiano, to his credit, knew something was wrong with Josh but the front office would not let the head coach make the QB decision.Making Mark Dominik GM is highly questionable. He had 1/1/2 years experience in college and pro personal departments’ when the Bucs hired him as an assistant in personnel and then in four years he is GM calling all the player choice decisions.5 ½ years out of college he is the CEO of a multi-million dollar franchise.I just can’t see any positive future in the Bucs as long as the Glazers are the owners.Fans can speculate on this coach, or that QB and improvements here and there but unless Glazer clean house from top to bottom and go after the best money can buy with lots of NFL experience this franchise is going no where.

Actually, I did read it. The "Wekipedia" reference is what threw me. Additionally, have you noticed no one left a comment? Not even you? There are some truths in the article but your post is terribly misleading to say the least. Sorry. Just my two cent.

I am so sick of hearing this don't out as a reason for keeping this clown. If this is the argument to keep this clown; then the decision should've already been made.There are a bevy of coordinators who could do a ten times better than Schiano with their eyes closed but I'll offer 1: Darrell Bevel, currently Offensive Coordinator for Seattle. Hire him and allow him to pick a QB whether it is Bridgewater, Manziel, Hundley or Boyd & Murray in the later rounds. Then this franchise can have an accomplished NFL coach who knows how to develop a QB and an offense. His defensive coordinator can be Leslie Frazier if he is let go in Minnesota; they have ties from working together in Minnesota.
