The Bucs' 23-13 loss to the Rams put Greg Schiano and Mike Glennon in jeopardy with regards to the head-coaching and QB positions in Tampa Bay, respectively. Glennon was sacked seven times and the offense was pathetic once again as the Bucs fall to 4-11 on the season. https://www.pewterreport.com/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&id=9510:&Itemid=15

There is no reason to waste a No. 1 draft pick on a QB before we get some new OL that can block.  My priority is OL and I would trade down in the 1st and 2nd round in order to pick up more early round selections.  The Offensive Coordinator and Defensive Coordinator need to step down to lower positions.  Schiano is staying and I have accepted it; I just hope he really realizes that he is part of the problem and needs to fix himself before the next season begins.  First step is to let your OC and DC call their plays and Schiano stay out of the way.    Second step is to let those who were paid big Bucs who didn't perform go by either trading or cutting them before the draft.  Third step is for Coach Schiano and all the other coaches that are staying, take a couple weeks off off with your families. Fourth step is to get creative next season; your is not and will not work in the NFL. Finally, Glazers you owe a lot more to this community than the community owes to you.  If the FCC releases the illegal blackout of games, reduce your tickets to a fair price so you can keep this sport alive as it is slowing dying in this area; you have turned off a lot of fans.
