With the 2014 season mercifully coming to an end, as I look ahead the offseason and 2015, I am truly at a loss in defining where we are as a team. Yes, we are 2-10 and you are what you are. At the same time, as bad as we've looked at times (and we have), we have been right there in all but two of our games. Evans get injured with 8 seconds left vs. the Rams, Jackson didn't fumble against the Bears, an illegal even if correct challenge allowed, and a converted 3rd and 1 vs. the Browns and we could easily be 6-6 as we are 2-10.What I would like Scott, Mark, and others to comment on is whether or not they think we are two or three players away (O-line, new QB blood, e.g.,) from turning it around and going 9-7 next year, or are we in the same category as the Jags or Raiders, who are truly awful teams. I'm posting here because I'm not looking for sarcasm but for honest opinions. I have never been so at a loss in trying to define a team before.
