Millard presumably is free now. He is listed as "Defensive Assistant/Pass Rush Specialist" for the Titans. Could Lovie hire him here as DL coach or pass rush specialist?

My memories of him here were not very good at all.

The Bucs had nobody besides McCoy in the one year Millard was here. But Sapp, having been coached by him in Oakland, swore by him, said he was the next best thing to Rod Marinelli.
