I really like Bussell's commentary and analysis.  He's far from perfect, but of those analyzing the Bucs I think he's near the top in terms of insight and quality of analysis.  You're not getting any cliches or teamspeak.  That being said, he had a lot to say following the Barron trade and I found it interesting.  I thought others might so I took the time to paste and edit it here. Enjoy.

NFL Philosophy @NFLosophy  ·  14h 14 hours ago@MichaelBigbog80 @gregauman Apparently we're New England's Triple-A team.NFL Philosophy @NFLosophy  ·  14h 14 hours ago@Lincolnletter @MarkdominikESPN I don't think so. I think that roster with Revis, under better coaching, was playoff worthy. NFL Philosophy @NFLosophy  ·  14h 14 hours agoAgain I believe that coaching's tied to how well players play (crazy me) & poor coaching in TB was to blame last 2 yrs, not talent level NFL Philosophy @NFLosophy  ·  14h 14 hours agoFinal thought on Bucs roster: Think roster was miles better under @MarkdominikESPN. Now the Bucs are trying to go backwards to go forwards. NFL Philosophy @NFLosophy  ·  14h 14 hours ago.@misterhyunh I know it was the contract that was the decision to cut him. But it was a year to year contract. NFL Philosophy @NFLosophy  ·  14h 14 hours ago.@Weber_7 @houstonfan00 I don't think Verner has been great. He's had 2 good games. Rest are worthy of #2 CB, certainly not #1. NFL Philosophy @NFLosophy  ·  14h 14 hours agoRT @JoeFlaccoFan5: That Jeremy Zuttah fellow is playing ok >>Forgot about him. Thank goodness TB doesn't need a OG or C. Oh wait... NFL Philosophy @NFLosophy  ·  14h 14 hours agoRT @AlexJArmstrong: as a New England fan I love what the Bucs are doing. >>So does NO, ATL, and CAR. NFL Philosophy @NFLosophy  ·  14h 14 hours agoMeanwhile, Revis looks like the Revis you'd expect of late and Donald Penn is garnering Pro Bowl consideration with how well he's playing. NFL Philosophy @NFLosophy  ·  14h 14 hours agoRT @houstonfan00: Only because Mccown didn't live up to anywhere close to what he did last year >>Nor has Collins or Verner. NFL Philosophy @NFLosophy  ·  14h 14 hours ago.@nflftw88 There's ways to spin it. "This roster doesn't fit what we need. We believe we're talented but there's a transition phase." NFL Philosophy @NFLosophy  ·  14h 14 hours agoInstead, Tampa is taking round pegs, cramming them into square holes, then getting more even worse round pegs and still trying to cram. NFL Philosophy @NFLosophy  ·  14h 14 hours agoSo of course I'm not a fan of Tampa and how they're dismantling a roster that I thought was already pretty good and not adapting at all. NFL Philosophy @NFLosophy  ·  14h 14 hours agoEveryone knows I believe that coaches MUST adapt their scheme to the players while molding the roster every year to make it iideal. NFL Philosophy @NFLosophy  ·  14h 14 hours agoIn the offseason, someone told me that the Bucs got better at every position. I disagreed. Wonder how they feel now? Greg Auman ?@gregauman  15h15 hours ago.@NFLosophy 4th-rounder in both deals. So yes, Bucs kinda got Mankins for Barron, but gave up Tim Wright, picked up sixth rounder in trades. NFL Philosophy?@NFLosophy@gregauman When you put it that way, I really don't like it.
