Seemingly some teams seem to have a far greater ability to land franchise quarterbacks over others...Looking at two teams the Green Bay Packers and Indianapolis Colts they have had true franchise type quarterbacks for much of there organizations existence with the Packers having Starr, Farve and Rodgers and the Colts with Unitas, Manning and Luck with both teams making seamless transition from the old guard to the new guard more recently - yes, I know there's some luck involved but color me jealous. Man would I love to be able to talk about the great quarterbacks of yesteryear and currently - but Bucs fans have suffered through some of the most laughable and loveable losing quarterbacks the league has ever seen....Here's hoping a new regime can finally land an elite quarterback...
