The elephant in the room was the inability of the offensive line to protect Josh McCown in the Bucs first pre-season game against the Jaguars - well with Cousins starting at LG for a second straight week and second year player Patrick Omameh starting at RG the line did a solid job - with the exception of starting RT Demar Dotson who was beat soundly for a sack the line played much better and washed the Dolphins defense to the side to allow for a large windows to open up on multiple plays in the middle - McCown for the most part did a solid job of stepping up and finding receivers - there were a few occasions where McCown held the football a tick too long and aided the Dolphins defense. Otherwise the first string offensive line played much better. Mike Glennon stood in the pocket and took some monstrous hits to deliver the football down the field. Was off on a deep throw to Murphy - nice throw to Evans - on passes to both Tim Wright and ASJ, Glennons throws were a little behind his targets.  Bad decision on near interception - pass interference saves Glennon...Gerald McCoy what really needs to be said about him! First team run defense stout - creating all kinds of havoc stopping the Dolphins rushing attack. Linebackers several times bit on play action and were sucked up leaving huge voids behind them in cover 2 both first and second team.Mike Evans with a  couple of catches - but needs to work on his ball security that should have been a touchdown - mental lapse for sure. Johnthan Banks with a good pass breakup after clicking and closing on the receiver and delivering a jarring blow to dislodge the ball.Akeem Spence for a second week looks much quicker at the snap - defensive note: team using tilted nose a bunch in this game - also sent a few slot corner blitzesSecond string offensive line giving up a bunch of pressure and crumbling under it with needless penalties to boot.DT Cummings flashed a few times - misses tackle in the back field No real edge pressure from second team defensive ends Solomon Patton with some solid returns both on kick and punt returns.
