Sigh.  This has been a dismal year.  Personally, I had no read on the Bucs at TC as I was unable to go this year.  But right from the beginning of the Lovie era there were major flaws of judgement in my humble opinion.  Such as:Getting rid of Revis, Michael Bennett, LaGarrette Blount, and Davin Joseph.  They also picked the wrong kicker.  Revis' replacement is cheaper and you DO get what you pay for sometimes But getting rid of Revis left us without an effective super star.  The fans really liked having Revis on our team.McCowan.  Holy Batman what an increible lack of judgement!!!!!  Are you kidding me?????All the new players on what I call the ON AND OFF AGAIN SIGNEE.  Frist they're on the team then they're on the PS then they are gone, then they are back and gone and on and on.  That tells me there is neither a decisive coach charge nor a decent evaluator of talent.  At this point the Bucs have team of no one knows their names.  They lack continuity, experience, and whatever the Bucs had going for them last season, they lost and then built badly on that. The Glazers poinied up for the money to help the team grow and get over the last two coaches since Gruden.  The Glazers really aren't football people even tho they've been doing this a fair amount of time.  Who can they trust to advise them????  I have no idea.  There are, in my mind, some truths about the kind of owners the Glazers are that is not public knowledge.  I for sure have no idea what their fatal flaw is.  I believe they care and they have put their money where their team is in hopes of righting the ship.  To no avail.  Therefore, I have to look mostly at Lovie.  You cannot dissemble a team, draft some players and free agents to the extent we did and have it win in one year.  You cannot keep tinkering with the players who appear to be just average to begin with,  throughout the season with the exception of replacing a wounded warrior.  Team aren't just mushrooms that grow in the locker room in the night.  So , yeah, to me......its on Lovie.  Maybe the time off not playing made him lose something.  Maybe he had great staff and players surrounding him with the Bears.  I dunno. But this is Lovie's mess.  And I have to question his judgement going forward.  This team has been run and taken apart and put back together by three coaches....reason says we have to give Lovie another year.....but I doubt its going to be a year much better than this one.Agree?
