Am making a request on a story about Smith and Marpet...obviously Clemmings, who this site seemed to tout as a proabable pick, was not the man. This was shown by his not being drafted until the fourth round by the Vikings. That tells me all I need to know. However, can you all share what it was that made Marpet from a division III school a prospect that they had more faith in than Clemmings? Moreover, do you all feel that we should be happy about this pick or nervous about it? Also, were the Bucs high on Smith as their second pick, or was he just the best one after the ones we wanted were already gone? This is not a knock on Marpet. I don't know him well enough to have an opinion. I just would love your honest opinion and some inside scoop on what made us not only pull the trigger on him, but to move up to get him. If you have any info, this seems like it would be a very relevant story
