Thanks for posting that info Sweep
In 2007, McNulty’s first season as offensive coordinator/QB coach at Rutgers, the Scarlet Knights set school records for total offense (5,841 yards), points scored (421) and first downs (295).They also became the first team in NCAA history to have a 3,000-yard passer (Mike Teal-3,147 yards), a 2,000-yard rusher (Ray Rice-2,069 yards), and two 1,000-yard receivers (Kenny Britt-1,232, Tiquan Underwood-1,100 yards). as all five players are currently in the NFL. http://blogs.sun-sentinel.com/sports_college_hurricanes/2011/01/mcnulty-front-runner-for-o-coordinator-job.html
Thanks Sweep. Although this is six years ago and on a college level I would like to see what McNulty can do at this level. Sullivan's offense is about as creative as Olsen's was a few years ago.

Definitely not true.
Greg had about as much creativity in his play design and calling as does a saltine cracker. The same is true for Sullivan. Ray Charles could have seen that.
When I hire in my business I look for excellence not an employee who is "not bad". I would not consider a person with such an evaluation. That's all I hear about Buc employee's and some players, including QB they are not bad. Glennon is not a guy who can carry a franchise and compensate for the deficiencies of others. He needs lot of help and offers mediocrity in return. Raheem was the most under-qualified NFL head coach ever but he was better than Schiano with less.
