IMO the Lovie Smith hire has been a disaster. Does ANYONE doubt Coach Schiano could have coached up this team to at LEAST two more wins? Does ANYONE think for a second that Lovie's style, coaching, game preparation, ANYTHING associated with being a Head Coach in the NFL will EVER get this team to another Super Bowl? His time has come and gone, the team is not responding and the players he has brought in to PLAY in his system have been colossal failures.There is NO WAY the offense, defense or ST's are playing better than last year's 4-12 team and in fact they are noticeably WORSE in every area. We have NO home field advantage. The crowds are ever increasingly silent, save for the visiting fans. More of them every game, less and less Buccaneer fans. Still the 35,000 to 40,000 loyal base but forget the casual fan or even non partisan fans who MIGHT want to watch decent football. FIRE SALE!!! Other than Gerald McCoy and Lavonte David, sell them all. And fire Lovie and Licht before they have ANYTHING to do with bringing in players in FA OR the draft. This is CRAP! Garbage! And we deserve better. MUCH better.
