What options are available to the Bucs to add additional cap space?

Restructuring/cutting Zuttah and/or Koenen are obvious ones, along with signing McCoy to a new deal (which doesn't seem to be likely in the near future). Was curious if any other players might fall into that category as well. Have read Williams' cap hit is only $1.5 million this year, is that correct?
