For over ten years in the 80's and 90's, my understanding isthat Tampa Bay was the place NFL teams threatened to send their players...it was the place you went to die, so to speak. As I was reading your take on free agents, and given our record since 2009, I found myself wondering if you all had an idea of what Tampa's reputation is around the league now, generally speaking. Lovie said we were "irrelevant" and then we went 2-14. As we pursue free agents, from your time at the combine talking to people and your sources in general, are we again seen as a place to die in your opinion, a place players may use as leverage to get better contracts but want to avoid, or are we seen as a team that can be good again in a couple of years but has just hit a dry spell?Along with others, I so want to get out of the cellar and at least to 8-8. So do others in the league see us knowing what we are doing, or is this like the early 1990's when we didn't even have computers and processing capabilities that had been in existence for over ten years or so.
