With Tampa Bay nearing the midseason of the 2014 campaign, it’s time to review the free agent blunders that Smith, Licht and the front office have made. The good news for the Bucs is that most of these free agent mistakes can be corrected in the offseason as only a few players have guaranteed money in their 2015 contracts and the team has plenty of cap space to take on some dead cap money.
