Just to illustrate the incredibly dishonest LUNACY you Trumpettes are supporting . .

https://www.cnn.com/2020/01/30/politics/trump-impeachment-subpoena-hearing/index.html

Trump lawyers stepping all over themselves

As Schiff has pointed out many times, Trump's lawyers are lying TO THE COURTS AND/OR THE SENATE

Schiff proved that point by showing the Senate a court filing where Trump lawyers say the House cant sue on subpoena, which is hilarious because Trump's impeachment defense to witnesses has been "the House should have sued on the subpoenas"

WELL, IF THAT DISHONEST LUNACY WASNT ENOUGH . . today in the Court fight over the Census

"A Justice Department lawyer said Thursday in federal court that the House can impeach a president over ignored subpoenas, a noted contrast to what lawyers for President Donald Trump are arguing at his Senate impeachment trial this week."

WHY IS THAT LUNACY? Well here's another Trump lawyer in the impeachment trial

"Mere assertion of a privilege or objection in a legitimate interbranch dispute is a constitutional prerogative," Trump lawyer Robert Ray said Monday. "It should never result in an impeachable offense for abuse of power or obstruction of Congress."

ONE WAY TO KNOW YOURE ON THE SIDE OF A CROOK IS WHEN THE LAWYERS FOR THE CROOK HAVE TO TAKE COMPLETELY INCONSISTENT POSITIONS TO DEFEND HIM

(no doubt Schiff raises this)
