allegedly shot 3 times in the back, has a gun on him (has a CC permit)or in his car and a Subway sandwich. Allegedly shot in threshold of his front door
He is NOT the target the lone police officer (A SHERIFF SWAT TEAM MEMBER WORKING FOR US MARSHAL fugitive team) was looking for. Of course, no body or car camera.
US MARSHAL'S OFFICE statements so far(hmmm) BEFORE investigation :
1. "when a 23-year-old man drove by, waving a handgun at a sheriff's SWAT deputy." (that happens all the time, right?)
2. "The man was already out of his vehicle outside of a residence in the 3900 block of Estates Place and was told to drop his gun, a command heard by at least one witness, Tobin said.
When the man with the gun did not drop his weapon, Tobin said, the deputy shot him. The man, who was not the target of the original fugitive raid, was transported to OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital, where he later died." (note the omission that he was allegedly shot in the back, three times, and where he was outside the car)
3. A handgun was recovered, Tobin said, but he did not say from where (again, why not disclose from where?)
AND THE WORST ONE . . WHY WOULD THE US MARSHAL MAKE THIS STATMENT:
4. "Tobin said he believes the shooting was justified,"
COULD END UP BEING JUSTIFIED BUT THIS IS THE one LE agency proclaiming innocence of the white cop BEFORE another LE agency can investigate
