Police say the teen was on the bus near Lafayette Boulevard and Marcus Garvey Boulevard around 6:20 when he got into an argument with a rival. He began firing shots on the bus.He missed his intended target but hit the victim, who was another passenger on the bus, police said.Police recovered a firearm and six spent shells at the scene. Police say the 14-year-old suspect has a prior arrest record for disorderly conduct.An ambulance brought 39-year-old Angel Rojas to Woodhull Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
