In this environment, a police offer thought it appropriate to shoot a black man in the back (multiple times, apparently) as he fled from a parking lot?
They would’ve had his car, his identification, completely identified him.... just arrest him later and add the resisting and fleeing charge?
If this kind of stuff is happening when police are seriously under the microscope, what the hell has been happening up to this point?
