I have been taking 2 over the counter Aleve for back pain every 8 hours. The bottle says 2 at first, then one every 12 hrs, but if I wait for 12 hours the pain is too much. Taking one every 8 hours also does not seem to work for me. A friend told me he takes 2 every 8 hours with food and has no problem. Anyone on here use Aleve for back pain?
