Used US money (defense assistance) to strong arm a foreign country to dig up dirt on a political opponent.
This is the focus of the whistleblower investigation. Giuliani basically admitted as much while trying to spin it as “no big deal” or, of all things, PATRIOTIC (lol)
If ever Trump committed an impeachable offense, this would be it, if true.
