Being originally from the Bradenton area a long time ago, I grew up a Bucs and Pirates fan. Moved up north when I was 15 (over 25 years ago). Since the Rays were not around back in 1990, I stuck with the Pirates. What is the local perception on Archer? I know he had a great start to his career, but over the last few, he's been "meh". Is that an environment thing, an Archer thing, or just bad luck? Your thoughts?
