McConnell:
“It was a violent insurrection for the purpose of trying to prevent a peaceful transfer of power after a legitimately certified election from one administration to the next," McConnell told reporters. "That’s what it was."
Trump:
“Mitch McConnell does not speak for the Republican Party, and does not represent the views of the vast majority of its voters,” Trump said in a statement issued through his Save America PAC. “He did nothing to fight for his constituents and stop the most fraudulent election in American history.”
So Trump basically ADMITS by omission that January 6th was NOT a "legitimate political discourse." (Ronna McDaniel even outs you Trumpers worse -- see below) It was TRUMP's letter, drafted by his guy . . so Trump is already LOSING to McConnell 0-1 because he doesn't even try to defend that part, so . .
McConnell says it was a " a legitimately certified election."
Trump says "most fraudulent election in American history"
