Until a month ago, in spite of the large number of shooting, the Mayor of Chicago refused to hire more Policemen citing a lack of money. A month ago he hired about 3000 new Policemen.
Today the State of Illinois has the Lowest credit rating of any of the 50 States.
In 2015 the market as measured by the S&P 500 dropped 0.727%
In 2016, year-to-date, to the election, the S&P 500 was up 2.00%
Since the election till yesterday, 9-13-18, the S&P 500 is up 39.28% and the Nasdaq Composite is up 52.88%
Is this a trail of Obama economic ineffectiveness,
or just coincidence??
