The Powers that be decide on a raid in Syria to take out the head of Isis in Syria---al-Baghdadi
The CIA knows in advance,
The military knows,
The Repubs know,
Even the Russians know in advance.
But the Dems are not told.
Is it possible that there was concern about leaks??
